Dr. Yee is the Deputy Director (Research) of the National Neuroscience Institute of Singapore. He is also a Senior Consultant in Neurology (Neuromuscular Disorders) and Head of the Neuromuscular Laboratories (Clinical & Research) at the Institute. His research interests include molecular genetics and therapies in genetic neuromuscular diseases. Dr. Yee helped set up the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Singapore and is currently its acting president.
